There are no words for it

We left El Salvador on December 20th 2015. It was a relief. A selfish relief. Because we left 7 million people behind. Among them friends, colleagues. Close people. Some of them in danger of life, every single day. Some of them under the threat of being killed, even going to the super market, or taking the bus.

I still don´t understand it. Isn´t there an international treaty making this impossible? How can we accept a society killing its own people? Killing itself? 20-40 persons a day?

There are no international headlines, there is no international interference.

El Salvador is at the moment the most violent country in the whole world.

Nobody talks about it.

A shame, shame, shame for humanity
